We just put the finishing touches on this super clean Zilker backyard. Featuring about 1200 sq ft of our increasingly popular Texas Tan-73 turf, this yard was built for a lovely couple who was tired of fighting the mud, weeds and inconsistent lighting their yard provided. Our Texas Tan turf complements the space beautifully, and as the owner stated on the first day we were finished, “Just walking out this morning and seeing the turf from the living room was perfect; it just put us in a great mood to start the day.”
When dealing with natural grass in these settings, the effort is rarely worth the reward and now that artificial grass has come so far, we don’t know why anyone would want to deal with all the hassles. We come into a property like this and understand where water is coming from and where it is going. We design a system to deal with any standing water or drainage issues. Other considerations include the use of the space, any dogs we need to handle, do children live here and participate in certain sports. All these items are factors in not only the turf we can offer but also the rest of the design of the system.
