At Grass365 turf is all we do. We are not a full service landscape company, but many of those businesses hire us for their synthetic grass installations.

Here in Dallas we have all 4 seasons of weather, we get heavy rains, hot summers, the ground can freeze in the winter and we normally experience beautiful springs and falls.

How long will Grass365 SealTuft® synthetic grass last in Denver?

When designed correctly, building bases correctly and mitigating rain water are all part of the process, your turf installation has its best chance to last. Using the correct materials for the intended use of the space also helps prolong its life. Weather in Denver has all seasons and if your artificial turf installation is not designed for each, it will not stand the test of time.

Does Grass365 SealTuft® synthetic grass require maintenance?

When designed and installed properly your Synthetic Grass installation can offer the advantage of requiring far less maintenance than natural grass. For the best appearance and lifespan, regularly perform these easy synthetic grass maintenance tasks:

Use of Maintenance Equipment: Maintain the cleanliness of synthetic grass by regularly removing debris and dirt. Utilize maintenance tools specifically designed for synthetic grass, leaf blower, power broom, or brush. Employ a maintenance brush with at least five inches long, extremely stiff bristles for optimal cleaning results.

Hose off the Surface: Spray down synthetic grass with a hose, as necessary, to remove dust. Regular hosing cleans the grass and helps preserve its luster, ensuring it always looks its best.

Pick Up Pet Waste: Synthetic lawns are typically crafted from anti-microbial materials, enhancing safety for families and pets. In regions with limited rainfall, it’s advisable to hose down the synthetic grass regularly to remove urine and prevent potential staining. Prompt removal of solid waste is also crucial to reduce lingering odors and prevent stains, maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the lawn.

Our turf products drain over 1,000 inches per hour where as traditional artificial turf only drains at 30 inches per hour.

We take extra precautions ensuring extra care around the perimeter to prevent dogs from lifting the synthetic grass edges.

With our SealTuft technology we bond the individual tufts of synthetic yarn together making for a stronger product where all fibers are locked in place. Your pets running and playing will not cause shedding or breakdown in fibers due to all fibers being sealed together.

Synthetic grass offers the advantage of being resistant to staining from urine or feces, unlike natural grass. When using anti-microbial additives to the infill, concerns about odors and hygiene are significantly reduced, especially if the area is periodically exposed to rain or rinsed with a hose.
