Dog Runs at Multi-Family Apartments

This kind of space is common in apartment complexes and multi-family dwellings. Here, the commercial setback from the property line is 15 feet, with a parking deck creating one boundary and a fence along the property line forming another. We’ve installed a 15-foot-wide pet grass strip that stretches 220 feet, providing a perfect exercise area for the dogs in the complex. Typically, these areas are secluded from other residents and are otherwise underutilized spaces where this valuable amenity can enhance the property.
