Derek Paglia is the Principal at Grass!365 Connecticut. Previously a two-time NEC champion golfer in high school, he spent over a decade in the golf industry before transitioning to the synthetic grass sector.

For nearly ten years, Derek has cultivated expertise in installing exceptional golf greens and has extended his knowledge to all turf products, designs, and best installation practices. His passion for the industry drives him to explore new applications for artificial turf beyond traditional uses.
