Derek Paglia is the Principal at Grass!365 New Jersey. With a deep-rooted passion for the golf industry, Derek transitioned from over a decade in traditional golf to the world of synthetic grass, driven by the opportunity to create the finest artificial golf greens.

For nearly ten years, he has honed his skills in installing top-quality golf greens, expanding his expertise to cover all aspects of turf products, designs, and installation techniques. His enthusiasm for the industry pushes him to discover innovative uses for artificial turf beyond conventional applications.

Alongside his family members Ryan and Ben, Derek strives to enhance landscapes and lifestyles through the installation of durable, low-maintenance synthetic grass. The trio, residing in Norwalk, oversees the Grass!365 operations in Stamford, New Jersey, and Long Island, covering the entire New York City area.
